Eligibility

Health & Participation

By participating in any Tend House class or private session, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily.

  • You are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

  • You understand that physical activity carries inherent risks.

  • You should consult your physician before beginning a new exercise program if you have medical concerns.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a session, discontinue participation immediately.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that participation in Pilates and other movement practices involves the risk of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree that Tend House,

its instructors, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries or damages arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.

Virtual Classes

You are responsible for:

  • Creating a safe exercise space.

  • Using equipment appropriately.

  • Ensuring a reliable internet connection.

  • Supervising children and pets during your session.

Tend House is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet service or equipment outside of our control.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are tailored to your individual goals using the information you provide during your intake process. Please provide accurate information regarding injuries, medical conditions, and physical limitations.

Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

Booking, cancellation, and refund policies are managed through our booking platform and may vary depending on the service purchased. Please review the applicable policy before completing your reservation.

Payments

All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including videos, photographs, graphics, logos, written materials, and class content—is the property of Tend House and may not be copied, reproduced,
